DIY Tree Branch Clothing Rack

My clothes have officially outgrown my closets.  They are everywhere and it’s stressing not only me out, but my boyfriend too! It was apparent to me last night as i was tiding up that the whole house has become my closet.  I even turned to jeff and mentioned it to him, his response was, “yeah, ya think!?”  The dining room table has become a dresser, the wine rack is overwhelmed with jewelry, my shoes line every wall in the house (im not kidding), and the stairway has become a scarf and belt depot - i wont even begin to mention the piles and baskets of clothes on the floor in our room.  it’s kind of stressful.  So, me being the creative little bunny that i am, i came up with an awesome solution.  Because I cant magically create an extra room in my home or even an extra closet, ive decided to take matters into my own hands, literally.

A Do It Yourself Tree Branch Clothing Rack.  There is a wall in our bedroom that has absolutely nothing on it or against it.  I was oringally thinking of buying a garment rack on craigstlist or something, they have a lot for cheap.  but in looking at them, they werent very appealing.  So, i dug deeper and found this beautiful, artsy, creative, SO ME clothing rack.  It’s from Ivania of Love Aesthetics, who by the way is amazing.

I have woods in my back yard, so finding two 4ish foot long branches will not be an issue :)  Jeff said he will do all the installing — the only things we’ll need to buy are wires and hook thingys for the ceiling :)  and an other plus, we have leftover wall paint from our bedroom, so the branch will be sporting a beautiful sea green aqua color to match the walls :)

im so excited to have a new place to hang and display my dearly beloved clothes!

check it out!

and i love this added little touch for jewelry :)
